House in Good Old Style

This home, built in 1904 and recently restored by the study Schappacher White LTD, is a charming nest of warmth and taste each element contrasts sharply with the modern minimalism, because, decorated with antique or simply unnecessary. The result is a warm environment and then old style, in style country, played mostly on the eternal conflict between black and white. The effect is cozy, obtained using natural wood, especially white, furnishings and finishes. Outside, however, the pool and the relaxation area brings us back to the present, with hints of style contemporary. Note the use of certain pieces of design that goes almost unnoticed, such as the Panton Chair in the small room billiards. The technology is there but instead can not be seen is an example of the area home theater hidden under the stairs.
