Luxury villa in Costa Rica

Robles Arquitectos has created this incredible villa in Costa Rica luxury villa is beautifully situated on a small hill above the sea, the nearest village is 20 km. The villa has a multi-functional space: the first floor is devoted to the activities dell’ISEAMI Institute (Institute for Sustainability, ecology, art, etc.), but on the second floor is the residence of the director of that institution. This house was built in two phases: the first phase, the architects had to work of a study of the site, climate, energy supply, materials that were used, the environment, costs and possible innovations in order to ensure that the house will have the least impact on the surrounding nature. The second phase was characterized by the design of a structure that once had suffered the least damage possible from the very wild. Being so far away from any energy source, the house had to be designed to be 100% self-sufficient. The prefabricated parts in white steel have been built elsewhere and then assembled on site. The result was a contemporary home in a natural paradise.
