New Offices Designed by Thoughtspace
Working at the BBC? Maybe. And not just because the public television channels of the United Kingdom up over time a solid reputation, but also because (and there will be a link?) offices for journalists seem to stand out enjoyment, spontaneity and color. It ‘s the case, as we tell the gallery of photos of the new layout of the offices of BBC Worldwide in Australia developed from the study of Sydney Thoughtspace. Which, in agreement with the management, has redesigned the space, inspired by a specific keyword: “Fun.” The same we see written, this time addressed to journalists, on the wall-board one of the many meeting rooms: “Rule # 1: always have fun.” A fun, which translates into contemporary decor, dominated by strong chromatic notes, and decided with graphics on the walls and partition walls. The structure of the workplace, then, seems to encourage mobility, both by asking whether, in this process of transformation, has been kept a desk for the daily work of editing.
