The Aleph door luxury in Buenos Aires

In the middle of the lively cultural district of Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires, the association Aleph is doing to take shape a new initiative: the Residences. In these homes, the concept of luxury as life is the result of collaboration between architects Foster + Partners’ s Argentine businessman Alan Faena, owner of nearby Faena Hotel + Universe.
The Aleph for this spectacular project was inspired by the architecture of the place, creating courtyards and open terraces characteristics Buonosairen house or better known as “Casa chorizo. Limestone floors, screens bronzed, post industrial and brick colors, a mix of old and new reinvented specifically for these apartments.
Space and height were made in one project, each with vaulted ceilings and some with balconies, double height, like the three penthouses in the residential block places, even their own terraces. Residents will have access to the swimming pool all located roof, while two residential blocks will term by 2010, when the whole complex was finally completed.
