The first race, held in 2005, was awarded to Sacaim amounting to 60 million. Plate broke the contract for breach, however, due to non submission of final design on time. The project – the new nature park-core technology aimed at upgrading and enhancement of the laboratories with high-tech testing centers for agricultural, sports facilities and a large exhibition center – a proposed bridge over the tracks. A path in a volume of concrete and glass that acts as a bridge to connect the various platforms and also create an effect of continuity between the area and the railway linking the two sections of the park that extend on either side of the tracks.
To the east and west ends of the bridge are located the two entrances to the station, with the specific aim of channeling the flow of travelers crossing the shopping areas, arrive at the passenger lounge. The latter, a central node, is conceived as a large atrium and connected visually with the surrounding landscape through large windows from which you can reach above the shopping area and the tracks below.
The system is designed with openings bioclimatic criteria: south in the winter sunlight penetrates directly through the lower windows of the center passenger in summer the effect of sunlight on the windows to the south is different and this allows a reduction of ‘ radiation while remaining open to the light-controlled north.
The outside of the gallery will be made of metal with the system of glass flush with the exterior.
The opening of the station for passengers from 74 million is planned for October 2011. By summer 2012 should be terminated all services.
