In designing an important factor was the ground because this had a rough topography and the same was highly populated by trees and wildlife, it is for this reason that design criteria are intended to (1) housing design was part of this nature exists, ie that the inhabitants were able to live that kind and touching , (2) while the views towards the sea and coffee farms advantage . Giving expression to these facts, the house was designed in three levels so long , so the whole house is a long run among the trees at each level provides a different picture of the trees under the canopy , the level of the cups and glasses on while enjoying the view. narrow house that blends in among the trees and that in turn prevents excess dirt work on the steep incline . Another design criterion used is that of the terraces, whose main function is to give the feeling of being outside most of the time, was used almost everywhere in the house, except in intimate spaces and bathrooms. A good example is the wooden mezzanine viewpoint which is supported on a large concrete pad. The materials used in the house are several such as:
